Do you offer express shipping? 

Yes! If you need your shipments to arrive faster than estimated, drop us an email at contact@RoseaLuna.com and let us know when you need the items by. We will do our best to help you out as soon as we can. We will send you expedited shipping estimates and estimated arrival time and you can choose the option that best suits you. Please note that all express shipping is subject to extra shipping fees.

Do you have a gift card option?

Yes, we do. If you would like to send a gift to a special person in your life but you’re not sure what to choose, or you're short on time, you can always opt for the gift card option.

What Gemstones do you offer?

Currently, our Gemstone Collection includes Rose and Lavender Quartz, Moonstone and Amethyst. Soon we will be offering Morganite, Blue topaz and and a wider selection of our current gemstones. Is there a specific gemstone you're fond of and wish to see among our future collections? We'd be happy to hear about it, just let us know at contact@RoseaLuna.com

My order is late, what can I do?

We strive to work with reliable and renowned couriers, however, due to the pandemic, unexpected delays may occur. Please, use your tracking number to get up to date status updates on your shipment.
